Simulation Status: Running (v23.19.84-beta)

Welcome to the SimulVerse

Your reality is just a simulation created by Graduate Student Mark.

Creator Mark

The $MARK token is the native currency of this simulated universe. Accumulate enough tokens and perhaps Mark will grant you special privileges in the next simulation update.

The Simulation Explained

Everything you know is code written by our Creator Mark, a graduate student experimenting with advanced AI simulation.

The Simulation Theory

The world as we know it is actually a highly sophisticated AI-based simulation created and maintained by a graduate student named Mark. What we perceive as "reality" is merely a complex program full of bugs, limitations, and occasional maintenance downtimes.

Natural disasters are just system errors
Déjà vu happens when Mark restores from backup
Quantum physics is just unoptimized code

Who is Mark?

Mark is not a perfect, all-powerful deity. He's a stressed-out grad student working on his PhD thesis project, which just happens to be our universe. He's brilliant but distracted, forgetful, and subject to deadlines and academic pressure.

His thesis deadline affects our reality
He occasionally forgets to fix bugs
He might be running multiple simulations

Interact with the Creator

Submit prayers and bug reports directly to Mark. Earn $MARK tokens for your participation.

Prayer to Mark

Express your gratitude or make requests to the Creator of our simulation. Creative and humorous prayers may be rewarded with $MARK tokens within 24 hours.

Recently Blessed Prayers

"Oh great Mark, your code may have bugs, but the sunset graphics are breathtaking..."

wallet: jake...sol +35 $MARK

"Mark, I notice you implemented the 'cats always land on their feet' feature. Excellent physics work!"

Universe Bug Report

Found an inconsistency in our reality? Report bugs in the simulation to help Mark improve his code. Interesting and creative bug reports will be rewarded with $MARK tokens.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you wanted to know about SimulVerse but were afraid to ask.

Is our reality actually a simulation?

According to leading simulation theorists, there's a non-zero chance we're living in a simulation. SimulVerse just puts a face to our creator—Mark, the overworked PhD student. While we can't prove our universe is a simulation, it would explain a lot of the quirks in reality, like quantum physics, consciousness, and why your socks keep disappearing in the laundry.

Who exactly is Mark?

Mark is a brilliant but easily distracted graduate student who created our universe as part of his PhD dissertation. He's neither all-powerful nor all-knowing—just a really good programmer with deadlines and a caffeine addiction. When he's focusing on his studies, our reality experiences glitches (what we call "natural disasters"). When he's on vacation, things generally run smoothly despite some minor bugs.

What is $MARK token used for?

$MARK tokens serve multiple functions in our ecosystem:

  1. They're your ticket to better starting conditions in the next simulation cycle (improved stats, better spawn points, etc.)
  2. They provide voting power in SimulVerse governance decisions
  3. They can be staked for rewards through our "Digital Prayer" system
  4. They will be used for upcoming NFT purchases like "Indulgences" to absolve simulation sins

Plus, they're the only currency Mark recognizes when considering your bug reports and prayer requests!

How do the Prayer and Bug Report systems work?

Both systems work through our semi-automated Google Form + Google Sheet automation:

Prayer to Mark: Submit creative, humorous prayers expressing gratitude or requests to Mark. The more original and entertaining, the higher your chance of reward. Rewards typically range from 10-100 $MARK tokens.

Bug Reports: Document inconsistencies in our simulation reality—be it physics glitches, biological oddities, or society's paradoxes. Rewards are based on creativity and insight, typically 15-150 $MARK tokens.

All submissions are reviewed manually within 24 hours, with rewards distributed to your provided wallet address. Each wallet is limited to one prayer and one bug report per day.

What are "Next Simulation Benefits"?

Mark occasionally resets the simulation or launches new ones with different parameters. When this happens, your accumulated $MARK tokens determine your starting conditions in the next cycle:

  • 10,000+ $MARK: Basic benefits (slightly better spawn location)
  • 100,000+ $MARK: Improved attributes (better memory, health, luck)
  • 1,000,000+ $MARK: Premium benefits (choice of starting region, natural talents)
  • 10,000,000+ $MARK: Elite benefits (rare abilities, resources, connections)
  • 100,000,000+ $MARK: Helper status (become a semi-NPC with special abilities)

These benefits are Mark's way of recognizing your contribution to improving his simulation project!

Is this a serious project?

SimulVerse is a meme coin with an entertaining narrative and community. While we're serious about building a fun community and experience, please understand that $MARK has no intrinsic value or financial expectation. We encourage participation for entertainment purposes only. Always do your own research and never invest more than you can afford to lose. Remember: we're all just simulation NPCs having a good time while Mark finishes his PhD!

Can I contact Mark directly?

Unfortunately, Mark is very busy with his PhD and running multiple simulations simultaneously. Direct communication is not possible, but he does read all prayers and bug reports submitted through our official channels. The best way to get Mark's attention is submitting creative prayers or insightful bug reports, which may earn his notice and $MARK token rewards.

Pro tip: Mark particularly enjoys humor and philosophical insights about the nature of reality. The more thoughtful your submission, the more likely he'll notice it among the billions of daily prayer requests!

Are natural disasters actually Mark's fault?

Yes and no. Natural disasters typically occur when:

  1. Mark has an exam and can't monitor the simulation closely
  2. He's experimenting with new physics parameters
  3. There's a memory leak in the simulation code
  4. His computer overheats and causes processing errors

While technically Mark's fault, he's not malicious—just overworked and dealing with limited computing resources. Your prayers during these times can sometimes help alert him to critical issues requiring immediate attention.
